BaM: Bring Accessible Movement to Every Body

1. What does BaM Choreography offer?

We offer in-person and virtual classes (via Zoom) for kids, adults, and senior citizens. Our classes include movement of all kinds and range from 30min to 90min. Most classes are held at our home studio in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, called The Haus of BaM. We also offer choreography services for events, weddings, dance teams, music videos, and more!

2. I've never danced before. Do I need previous experience?

Absolutely not! Our classes are all beginner-friendly and require no previous experience. Our instructors teach step-by-step, and with our intimate studio, your questions are always addressed. We move for the love of moving - no pressure or judgement.

3. I'm over 35-years-old. Am I too old to try dancing?

You are NEVER too old to move! While we are open to kids and teens, our classes are geared toward aging adults. We move our bodies for health and pleasure. Our adult students range from 19 to 99!

4. What should I expect during class?

Class is held in a small, intimate studio (<10 students/class). We start class with a warm-up, followed by step-by-step instruction, and end with a cool-down. If you join us online, the same vibe applies. But that's not all:
