SLAY: Adult Cardio Dance
Saturdays 10-11am EST
It's a PARTY! Come ready to sweat, have a good time, and forget you’re working out. Build-on cardio dance class - we learn and repeat different hip hop and jazz dance moves to create a full routine. Geared to adults, teens welcome. No experience needed.
Wear comfortable clothes & shoes. Bring water.

A healthy dose of Cardio + Strength + Flexibility. Geared to adults, teens welcome. You will get a full body workout to a great playlist as we move through each section of class, targeting different muscle groups, heart rates, and respiration. No experience needed.
