  2. Unrealistic Expectations: Many people expect quick results, but fitness is a gradual process. When progress seems slow, frustration can set in, leading to a loss of motivation and quitting the routine altogether.

  3. Lack of Time: Busy schedules often make it difficult to find time for regular workouts. When life gets hectic, exercise is one of the first things to get dropped if it’s not prioritized.

  4. Boredom: Doing the same exercises repeatedly can become monotonous. Without variety in the routine, it’s easy to lose interest and motivation, making it harder to stay consistent.
