5 Ways to Make July YOUR Time
From the start of 2024, you've likely been running around taking care of everyone but yourself. Here are 5 ways to get back to you this summer and make July YOUR time:
Get at least 15 minutes of relaxation everyday. And if you're so inclined, schedule this time on your calendar.
Book a wellness or self-care appointment. Think massage, pedicure, float tank, etc, etc.
Eat lots of juicy fruit...and the occasional ice cream, dairy-free if milk & your stomach don't mix.
Try something new. This could be something as simple as building a puzzle or more adventurous, like white water rafting.
